Bought this lens adapter for use with my Cannon Powershot SD780IS It took some experimenting but I got the adapter with several filter and lens attachments properly connected to the camera and it worked great. After only 2 or three uses the long thumbscrew that came with the kit broke at the thread. I found it is made from aluminum which is soft instead of steel so over tightening, which is required to keep the adpater from slipping on the camera, is probably the cause.
